Aria provides the account management tools that Customer Service Representatives (CSR's) require to provide comprehensive support for end users' billing and account issues. Based upon access rights and data security definitions, CSR's can access all data related to a single account and take action as needed. The intuitive, web-based interface means a shorter time to user proficiency and robust information access.
- Lookup accounts using a variety of criteria.
- Review and audit logs of account activity, transactions and updates.
- View and update contact, account, and billing information.
- View and update all plan/service/order information.
- View and update payment information.
- Initiate tasks based on event-driven messages generated by Aria and sent to CSR's.
- Reactivate closed accounts and access transaction histories as Aria stores customer data indefinitely.
- Interact knowledgeably with customers with access to comprehensive account information.

And you will be more comfortable knowing that state-of-the art security tools limit users to seeing only the information that they need to perform a particular task.
- Assign Customer Service Representatives to one of four default security classes within the Aria CSR Tools.
- Control the modules that any specific CSR can view and the activities they can perform relative to the CSR class associated with their username/password.
- Mask and encrypt sensitive information such as credit card numbers, bank accounts, and passwords during processing and ensure that they are not accessible during normal support activities.
